Astro are delighted to work with All or Nothing Aerial Dance to deliver classes in silks, trapeze and hoop! Classes are mixed level, suitable for complete beginners and for those with some experience of aerial skills.
Climb, swing, hang and learn on trapezes, hoop and aerial silks. We’ll start with a warm up on the floor before moving into the air learning lots of ways to hang upside down, make different shapes as well as creating your own moves and leading into choreography and sequencing in the air. Suitable for all levels and a great way to get airbound!
WHAT TO WEAR -Participants should wear comfortable clothing, long legs and sleeves are best, and have bare feet and jewellery removed. Club aerial t’shirt is available to buy from our supplier Mick Mick designs here.

DROP OFF AND PICK UP:
Please wait in the drop off area outside (right side of the building) for a coach to collect the class. After class, please wait at the pick up side (left side of the building).
PLEASE NOTE THAT GYMNASTS AGED 12 AND UNDER CANNOT LEAVE ASTRO WITHOUT AN ADULT. THIS INCLUDES CROSSING THE ROAD TO A PARKED CAR. ALL GYMNASTS MUST BE COLLECTED FROM THE PICK UP POINT.
